I have a major sweet tooth and so glad I saw Vicky's while traveling recently. I LOVE their pastelitos de guayaba...so flaky and the perfect balance of sweet and guava. They are the best!!! They also have a variety of baked goods, and their service is excellent! I can't wait to visit again. We need Vicky's in Atlanta!!! 🙏🏼❤️

I ordered a Dulce de Leche Cake through Uber Eats, and I have to say, Vicky’s Bakery exceeded every expectation I had. The cake arrived beautifully presented in an elegant box, which immediately gave a great first impression. The cake itself was absolutely immaculate—fresh, moist, and perfectly made. The dulce de leche flavor was rich and delicious without being overly sweet. Every bite was incredible. Honestly, it was just perfect from start to finish. I did not expect a cake like!

I would like to file a complaint about a recent experience at Vicky Bakery. I have been a regular customer for a long time, and my orders have always been correct, which is why I continue coming back. However, in the last two visits, my order has been incorrect. Today, I ordered a “pan con croqueta,” but once again received the wrong item. I had no problem asking for it to be corrected, but I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by the employee, Mari Elena. Instead of simply resolving the issue, she brought up a previous visit and told me that I always place my order incorrectly, which I found unprofessional and disrespectful. This is not accurate, as my past experiences had been good until these last two occasions. I am not upset about correcting the order, but I am concerned about the attitude and lack of professionalism. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with respect. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that customer service can improve. Thank you.

Stopped in for some café con Leche, and some croquettes. The girls on the counter were very nice and so many cakes and pastries and everything. Definitely worth a stop.

This was my least favorite bakery in Florida. It lacked the flavor, freshness, and moistness of a true bakery. My empanadas were bland and dry. The store also had a broken coffee machine when we went. I would try out a different location next time.
